This month’s resource brings autumn to life through poetry, play, and sensory exploration. At the heart of the freebie is October’s Party, a whimsical poem by George Cooper that paints a vivid picture of fall’s festivities, perfect for sparking imagination and classroom discussion. Students will enjoy a 12-question trivia game (plus 2 bonus questions) that deepens their understanding of the poem and its historical context, including Cooper’s contributions to American music and literature.
